We want you to love your Feat apparel, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unwashed and unworn items. Simply ensure original tags are attached to receive a full refund to your original payment method.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Once approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely pack your items.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; we will track the shipment as it makes its way back to our warehouse.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our team inspects the returned items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5 to 7 business days.
